F.ormer United manchester, Real Madrid and the England midfielder David beckham embraced the calming, physical and mental well-being side of Tai Chi, as he participated in a session with Grandmaster Tsu and learned more about the centuries-old Chinese martial art in Singapore on Thursday.

“AIA Singapore has challenged me (David Beckham) to try something new as part of the 90th anniversary celebrations. So I decided to try Tai Chi, like being mentally active it’s just as important as being physically active. “
