The couple, who played Sookie Stackhouse and Bill Compton on the fantasy horror series for six years until 2014, admitted they would seize the opportunity to return to the show after news that HBO will be reviving the show, with the ‘Riverdale’ star. ‘ Robert. Aguirre-Sacasa.

Anna, 38, added: “These are some of the best years of my life. I would kick down the door to go back to work with any of those people.”
And while Stephen’s character died on the show, he doesn’t think that should rule him out of a comeback.
He added: “But spoiler alert, my character doesn’t make it. I’m ready for a flashback. I’m telling you officially, in ET, I’m ready for a flashback.”
The couple, who married in 2010, are executive producers of the Amazon Prime series ‘Flack’, and Stephen also directed his wife in several episodes, much to Anna’s delight.
She said: “He’s directed me a lot, he did a lot of ‘True Blood.’ And I love it. He’s a very talented director, and I’m not saying that just because I’m his wife. He wouldn’t. He was asked to direct if. it wasn’t brilliant. “
On the show, Anna plays publicist and repairman Robin, and the couple revealed that the scandals she has to make in each episode are based on real-life dramas.
Stephen, 51, said: “Each one has an element of truth.”
Anna added: “Look, the client dramas of the week are, if anything, more lewd, juicy, dark and intense than the first season, and some of them are really personal stories, because we dig a little deeper into it. [Robin’s] Kind of a back story and also see the home life type of many of the other characters, the other ladies in the office.
“It’s just increasing the adrenaline level by about 100 percent.”
